This is the online version of "Y Faner Newydd", an independent Welsh language magazine. The website has online access to many articles from "Y Faner Newydd" focusing on topics such as peace issues, campaigns, literature, history, the arts and science from a Welsh perspective.

Yr Herald

A weekly Welsh language newspaper for Anglesey and North Gwynedd and is published in Caernarfon. Contact details for the Herald is available from the IC North Wales website. No online access is available to the Herald.

Y Byd

'Y Byd (The World) will be the first ever daily newspaper in Welsh, and it is expected to be launched in late 2004 or early 2005. The newspaper's headquarters will be in Ceredigion. The website provides information on what kind of newspaper 'Y Byd' will be, circulation and subscription targets, information on how to invest and support the venture and what to do if you're interested in working for the newspaper.
