The website provides a brief history of many castles in Wales. Castles of north Wales include those at Beaumaris, Denbigh, Caernarfon, Dolwyddelan, Castell y Bere, Ewloe, Conwy, Flint, Criccieth and Harlech. South Wales featured castles include Caerphilly, Laugharne, Carew, Llansteffan, Cardiff, Llawhaden, Carreg Cennen, Manorbier, Castell Coch, Pembroke, Chepstow Castle, Penhow, Dinefwr, Raglan, Dryslwyn, Skenfrith, Grosmont, Weobley, Kidwelly and White Castle. Each castle has a description, photographs, map and visitor information. The History of Castles section gives a short overview of the origin of castles, the development of medieval castles, and the eventual decline of castles. There is also an extensive glossary of castle terminology.

Bread of Heaven accompanies the BBC television series 'Bread of Heavan' which is a history of Christianity in Wales from Pre-Christian Wales to today's multicultural Wales. There are sections on Romans and the Coming of Christianity, age of the Saints, the Normans, princes and bishops, reformation and dissolution of the Monasteries, civil war, birth of nonconformity, hymnwriters and preachers, nonconmformist people, industrialisation and temperance, 1904-05 revival, growth of secularism and multicultural Wales. It is possible to scroll through the history of religion in Wales through their timeline. The resource also provides many other links from the BBC and other sites relating to religion in Wales and has a section on other religions in Wales.
