Title Torfaen C-CARD Torfaen C-CARD.
Summary The Torfaen C-CARD scheme is a confidential service for young people aged between 14 and 25. It offers free condoms and gives information on sexual health. It is part of the Welsh Assembly Government initiative to reduce teenage pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections across Wales. Monies were received from the Welsh Assembly Government and have been used to develop a local C-CARD scheme throughout Torfaen.
